Onnit
The Onnit Academy
The branding and visual identity for the Onnit Academy were developed to translate Onnit’s fitness mindset and techniques into a practical, hands-on experience. This included creating logos, custom signage, and other visual elements that reflected the Academy’s mission. The design emphasized a clean and inviting aesthetic, encouraging engagement and promoting an atmosphere of learning and growth, distinguishing it from traditional fitness environments.
The Academy Magazine was created to coincide with the launch of the Onnit Academy brand. I oversaw its development and also designed the first couple of issues.
The Onnit Gym
The complete branding and visual identity of the Onnit Gym were crafted to reflect the brand’s ethos, encompassing everything from logos to custom-designed, intricate signage. The gym’s interior design featured a clean, minimalist aesthetic with strategic stylistic flourishes woven throughout, giving it a distinct personality that set it apart from typical fitness spaces.
One of the fitness rooms featured a custom made neon sign set against gloss black tile. The 10th Planet space was designed to double as a tournament venue, complete with event level lighting, sound, and visuals.
Academy Proving Grounds
The Academy Proving Grounds was an offsite location offering specialized programs and classes. Similar to the Onnit Gym, I kept the design simple, but with a more rugged edge to match the atmosphere of the space and the intensity of the workouts. The branding reflected the raw, no-nonsense feel of the Proving Grounds, aligning perfectly with its purpose and environment.
